Thai Fried Rice Tofu

Ingredients

4 c cooked rice
150 g Tofu
1 Onion, cut into wedges
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
¼ c cooking oil
Fresh vegetables: cucumber, spring onion, lettuce, lime wedges,
shredded spur chili and coriander for garnish

 

Additional Information

 

Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with red chili, coriander leaves and lime wedges. Serve with cucumber, spring onion and lettuce.

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat until hot, fry onion and tofu until done. Season to taste with tomato ketchup, sugar and soy sauce, stir well. Add the rice and stir to mix thoroughly. Remove from the wok.
  2. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with red chili, coriander leaves and lime wedges. Serve with cucumber, spring onion and lettuce.
