Great cooking class!!
I went on my own, and there was only one other person in the class – so a great small and hands on experience
We went to the local market to pickup our ingredients, and were taught about the different local fruit & vegetables as well as the different ingredients available to buy there.
We then started cooking straight away, getting great guidance and hits & tips on the way.
The class is on the main street and was very clean and well stocked with great services and tools.
Our teacher for the day spoke terrific english so our questions were easily handled and answered.
Short walk from the ferry stop which was a great way to see the sights to/from the class. The little market at the ferry stop was nice to pickup some gifts for home (silk scarves, etc)
Recipes were provided which means I can re-create the meals at home.
I consider myself a half-decent cook, but learnt come great hints & tips, and now have all the great recipes to cook for family and friends back in Australia.
