Peanut Sauce
½ cup coconut milk
1 tsp Gaeng Khua curry paste
¼ tsp coriander seed, roasted
1/8 tsp cumin seed, roasted
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp roasted peanuts
1½ tsp brown or palm sugar
1/8 tsp sea salt
1 tsp tamarind paste
1 siam cardamom pea
Additional Information
Place pan over medium heat, add half the coconut milk and red curry paste. Stir constantly until aromatic and the oil separates from the coconut milk (starts at the edge of the pan).
