Our Treats – Sausages / Jerky / Burgers Patties are Hallal (pork-free). We use only the best of select ingredients. Sausages are wrapped in edible collagen tubing.

Ingredients for our massaman curry as used below are: beef and or chicken or fish, coconut roasted, coconut milk, Peanut or Peanut-free, large red spur chilli, shallot, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, coriander seed, cumin, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, mace, white pepper, nutmeg, salt, and shrimp paste.  Do read our individual package labels as we are experimenting without peanuts.  The traditional massaman curry has peanuts for an added flavour.
