We are located in the middle of a daily street market just 1 km off Seri Thai Rd. up Soi 57, on the corner of Alley 19, the property # being 4/488. This is a gated residential community which is something you will not see in the usual tourist areas of Bangkok.
There are currently 3 ways to come to us from all popular foreigner lodgings in Bangkok.
Most of our students come to us via GRAB TAXI reserved the night before class for a 9 AM day of the class pick up at their room. This avoids all the hassles and frustrations that a foreigner must expect when attempting to hail a taxi. See taxi below as Grab Taxi will come by Google maps toll road.
1. TAXI a/o Google Maps – Google maps route is a toll road – it is the preferred route by taxi drivers as it generally has less traffic congestion and adds near 10 km to the ride. This toll road route is also known as “motorway” or outer ring road or Hwy 9. This route will typically take 30 to 45 minutes which is the same amount of time as our map route. Coming by this route should be less than 300 baht on or off the meter, plus tolls fees of near 60 baht.
2. Our location map is our recommended route and is typically 30 to 45 minutes from all foreigner lodgings. That is 150 to 220 baht on the meter and no toll fees. Coming to us and leaving us you are traveling the opposite direction of rush hour commuter traffic. Most students come to us by way of GRAB Taxi phone app and reserve their taxi the night before class. This phone app convenience will cost you near 300 baht plus toll road fees of near 70 baht. We will arrange you your taxi ride to yuor next desitination or to take you to the water taxi for a truly Thai cultural experience.
3. Water taxi – this route is not recommended to come to us due to the time it can take. It is however, an excellent after class option for your getting to your after class activity. The water taxi is a true a Thai cultural communting adventure.
4. Year 2021-2022? – underground and overhead train installation is expected to be completed sometime in 2021-2022. This will bring you within a 15 minutes of Chef LeeZ by metered taxi.

1. Google Maps – toll road – preferred by Thai taxi is also known as “motorway” or outer ring road or Hwy 9. This route will typically take 30 to 45 minutes and should not exceed 300 baht on the meter or by no meter, plus tolls of near 60 baht.

Coming to us and leaving us you are traveling the opposite direction of rush hour commuter traffic. It is more difficult to find a taxi to come to us by this route as they will prefer to come by the motorway toll road (Google maps) and not run the meter as coming by our map the taxi operators are afraid of traffic jams and no meter is often more than 2 times that of a metered ride.
3. Water taxi – this route is not recommended to come to us due to the time it can take. We do offer to escort you to it as an after class option for your getting to your after class activity. This is truly a Thai cultural adventure.
4. Year 2020? – underground train installation is expected to be completed sometimes in 2020. This will then be our route of choice as it will bring you within a 15 minute metered taxi ride to the school.
