Terms and Conditions

• You have read our Online Live class page:
• All students waive any and all right to any form of compensation for use of video or pictures they may be in, or any injury or property loss, they may experience while at Chef LeeZ Thai Cooking School Class and or its group of companies classes.
• You grant us permission to add you to our newsletter (you can one-click remove yourself from the newsletter on any newsletter) so we can email notify you of any changes to your reservation.
• A 7-day notification before your class is required to receive a cancellation refund.
• Payment gateway cancellation fees may be deducted from refunds.
• Class is subject to a 2 student minimum. If we do not have two students reserve your desired class we will cancel the class 48 hours before the class.
• We may record your class. You waive any right to any form of compensation for our promotional use of the recording or portions of the recording.
• You waive any and all rights to any form of compensation for any form of injury you may sustain while participating in our online class.
• All people present in your venue (kitchen) will be required to have paid for the class. If you are a family of four and 4 people are in the kitchen venue and you have not paid for 4 persons you will be kicked out of the class, you will not be allowed back in and you will not receive a refund.
• This is a family activity and there could be children in the classroom. Nudity will result in your no refund expulsion from the class.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without refund
• Our Online Live classes are protected by Copywrite you agree not to record any art of our Online Live classes. We may allow you access to what we record of your class. We do not necessarily record every class.
