Stir Fried Noodle Black Sauce
Ingredients
200 g wide rice noodles
80 g tofu
2 tbsp vegetable oil
160 g Chinese kale
1 tsp chopped garlic
½ tbsp sweet soy sauce
2 pinches of pepper
1 tsp light soy sauce
½ tsp brown sugar

Instructions
Place tofu in ½ teaspoon light soy sauce, mix and set aside to marinate.
Mix together the wide rice noodles and sweet soy sauce.
Blanch Chinese kale in boiling water for 3 minutes, then move to cold water.
Place pan over heat, add oil and garlic into hot pan stir until aromatic and add tofu, stir until cooked, add soy sauce and sugar, stir mixture.
Garnish with some pepper and serve.
