We asked questions, tasted some items, joked and laughed together and these items were used in our cooking experience. Chef was very personable, knowledgeable and informative. Adjustments made to meet one vegan, with additional allergy dietary needs and a vegetarian. Chef smoothly made transitions and we were able to cook our meal simply together. We benefited from the basics and linked this to the meals we made and ate. This included Soups, Curries, desert and salad. We were stuffed. Excellent time and money spent. Professional, Unique and local
