Fried Rice Chicken Pinneapple

Ingredients

1 cup cooked brown rice
20 g small cubed chicken
1 tbsp carrot (cut into small squares)
2 tbsp pineapple (cut into small squares)
1 tbsp chopped white onion
1 tsp chopped garlic ½ tbsp raisins
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tsp spring onion

ALTERNATELY: The mixture from step 3 can be placed in a hollowed out pineapple, crapped in tinfoil and oven bakes at 150? C for 5 minutes.

Instructions

  1. Place a pan with oil over medium heat, add garlic and fry until aromatic.
  2. Add carrot and onion, chicken, raisins and stir to mix
  3. Add salt, sugar and place on top of the rice and stir. Add pineapple and mix well. Remove from heat; add spring onion, pepper and mix combined ingredients well.
  4. ALTERNATELY: The mixture from step 3 can be placed in a hollowed out pineapple, crapped in tinfoil and oven bakes at 150? C for 5 minutes.
