2 large red spur chili
3 shallots roasted
5 garlic cloves roasted
1 galangal roasted sliced
1 tbsp lemon grass roasted sliced
1 tbsp coriander seed ground roasted
1 tsp cumin ground roasted
2 tsp cloves ground roasted
1 tsp pepper white
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp shrimp paste
Additional Information
Add roasted garlic, roasted shallots, coriander seeds, cumin, pepper, cloves, the balance of ingredients and shrimp paste. Pound well after adding each ingredient until it’s a fine paste.
