Thai Fried Rice Prawn

Ingredients

4 c cooked rice
150 g prawn, shelled and deveined
2 eggs
1 Onion, ut into wedges
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
¼ c cooking oil
Fresh vegetables: cucumber, spring onion, lettuce, lime wedges,
shredded spur chili and coriander for garnish

 

Additional Information

 

Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat until hot, fry onion and prawn until done ( prawn turns pink).

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat until hot, fry onion and prawn until done ( prawn turns pink). Season to taste with tomoto ketchup, sugar and soy sauce, stir well. Add the ricvce and stir to mix thouroughly. Remove from the wok.
  2. Put 1 tbsp of oil in a wok over medium heat until done. Add the fried rice, stir well and turn off the heat.
  3. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with red chili, coriander leaves and lime wedgess. Serve with cucumber, spring onion and lettuce.
