Thai Grilled Beef Salad

Ingredients

100 g beef
25 g chopped white onion
20 g cucumber
15 g chopped tomatoes
10 g celery chopped to 2.5 cm
¼ tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp birds eye chili
2 lettuce leaves

A most awesome blend of spice and thinly sliced griiled beef.

Instructions

  1. Marinate whole piece of beef in soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  2. Grill the beef in medium heat until done.
  3. Slice beef into ½ cm slices
  4. SAUCE: Combine fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chili and mix until sugar dissolves.
  5. Add beef to the sauce, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, celery and soy sauce, mix well.
  6. Serve mixture over lettuce leaf.
