Morning Glory – Stir Fried

Ingredients

3 tbsp vegetable oil
20 stems of morning glory
3 tbsp smashed whole garlic cloves
3-5 bird’s eye chilies
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp water

 

Additional Information

 

Then season with oyster sauce and soy sauce. add chilies last. You may add fermented soy beans but be careful they are salty

Instructions

  1. Add the crushed garlic to the oil in the wok and fry until golden brown.
  2. Add the morning glory.
  3. Then season with oyster sauce and soy sauce. add chilies last.
  4. You may add fermented soy beans but be careful they are salty.
