Pumpkin Custard

Ingredients

¾ cup coconut cream
2 duck eggs
100 g palm sugar
200 g pumpkin

CUSTARD: Combine sugar and coconut cream in a bowl, add duck egg and mix until sugar dissolves.

Instructions

  1. Remove the pumpkin seeds & guts, wash and towel dry, steam for about 5 minutes.
  2. CUSTARD: Combine sugar and coconut cream in a bowl, add duck egg and mix until sugar dissolves.
  3. Strain custard mixture through a cheese cloth into a container.
  4. Pour the strained liquid into small serving bowls and steam for about 30 minutes.
  5. Allow custard to cool before serving.
