Spring Roll Wrapper Dough

Ingredients

1/2 k wheat flour

1/4 tbsp salt

1 tbsp baking powder

2 cups water

 

Additional Information

 

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl adding half theh water, mix adding a little water at a time while mixing til dough feels wet (you can pay with it in your hand – see video).

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl adding half theh water, mix adding a little water at a time while mixing til dough feels wet (you can pay with it in your hand – see video). Let stand one hour.

2.Watch video for technique as you will be rolling the dough around in your hand and then pres it against the hot surface and twist and remove all except that which stuck to the surface.

3.You can use a spreader tool to even out the dough. A small spatula can be used to ease the cooked wrapper off the hot surface. Repeat for each wrapper until you finish the dough.
